We offer a 30-day guarantee on eligible products. If you would like an exchange or if you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of the invoice date. All return items must be in their original condition with no signs of wear, damage, dinging, or scraping, with the exception of chalking the tip of a pool cue shaft which is allowed. Apparel must be unworn to be eligible for a return. Return items must also include all original packaging and warranty information if applicable. If you are a USA customer and the order is over $100, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label upon request. Help button that is situated on the lower right corner of this page and provide us with your name and order number. The 30-day guarantee does not apply to custom or personalized products, products sold on any discounted sale, final sale, clearance, and products that show signs of wear, have been altered, modified, misused, or abused or improperly maintained.
If you return an eligible item that was part of a package deal or bundle of products, and receive a discount for purchasing the items together, the refund will be calculated to reflect the proportion to the value of the product in relation to the total value of the package as a whole. A restocking fee may apply to any return without original packaging.
We suggest that you purchase insurance and retain a record of the return tracking number for reference. Lost or damaged packages during transit will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Please be advised that we do monitor the frequency of returns. Excessive returns may restrict a customer from future returns. The original receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Predator reserves the right to refuse a refund without evidence of original purchase or for any item deemed not eligible for return, and to make changes to this policy without notice.
You can shop with peace of mind with easy returns during the holidays. Purchases made November 1st through December 15th have an extended return period through January 15th of the following year. Customized products are not eligible to be returned or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. All customized products sales are final. All defective products shall be subject to the Predator or Poison Warranty.

Please send us your cue or shaft either in its original shipping box, or in a tube or in a triangular box consistent with UPS/USPS guidelines to avoid damages. Avoid flat square boxes that can lead to further damage due to poor handling.
Your Poison cue and/or shaft is warranted for life against any manufacturer defect that does not include warpage, abuse or normal wear on replaceable items such as the tip, ferrule, finish, wrap and bumper. Poison will decide, solely at its discretion, which repairs will be made under the Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Before returning a product, please contact customer service and send us some pictures of the product using our contact form so we can attempt to evaluate the issue. To return your product, please complete the Repair/Warranty Return Form and enclose it with the returned product. Please send us your cue or shaft in a tube or in a triangular box consistent with UPS/USPS guidelines. Avoid flat square boxes that can lead to further damage due to poor handling. We also recommend that you insure your package for the suggested retail value in case it is damaged on its way back to us. If you provide us with an email address, we will notify you upon receipt of your returned product and provide a return date (valid warranty claims) or we will provide an estimate of repair charges and completion time (non-warranty claims).
International shipping charges vary from approximately $20 to $90 for one cue and international customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. You may wish to contact us before returning your cue to the U.S. If you have a question about repairs or are unsure about whether or not the needed repair will be covered by the Limited Lifetime Warranty, please contact us and we will be happy to help you. If you are concerned about the cost of international return shipping charges, please contact one of our international authorized dealers before purchasing as they can help you save on shipping costs if you initially purchase from them.
