We do not share or sell your information with any third parties. We may use your previous browsing or purchase history with us to make your shopping experience more relevant and enjoyable. By accessing and using this Predator Group website, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms of Use by this reference.
We currently only take orders for product that is in stock. In some cases where our inventory quantity may not be accurate, or one product in stock may be ordered by multiple customers almost at the same time, we may not be able to satisfy everyone. The first order placed will have the priority and we will contact the following customer(s) to find a solution. In the event where we cannot find a satisfactory solution for both parties, we reserve the right to cancel an order that the product is not available for and refund it.
Customized products are not eligible to be returned or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. All customized products sales are final. If you receive a defective product, please contact us using our contact form (blue [?] button at the bottom right of this page) with details of the product and the defect. All defective products shall be subject to the Predator or Poison Warranty.
Occasionally, an item offered for sale on our Site may be mispriced. We apologize for these errors and we will correct them when discovered. Predator Group reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. In the event that your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Predator Group will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. You should check with your bank or credit card provider to determine when the credit will be posted to your account. All pricing and offers are subject to change without notice.
While not common, shipping problems can occur. If you have a problem with your order that is related to shipping, please contact the fulfillment partner included in your shipping confirmation contact us via the blue Help button that is at the bottom right of this screen, or call us toll free at +1-888-314-4111 (International +1-904-448-8748). If your shipment arrives damaged, please do not open the box or remove any of the packaging materials. A Customer Service Representative with Predator Group or our fulfillment partners will have to process a damage claim with the shipping provider, have the damaged merchandise picked up from your location and give you further instructions to receive a replacement. Depending on the shipping service provider for your order, a package may be left without a signature at the discretion of the shipping service provider. Import taxes and duties vary from country to country and may be required by the country you live in. These are not included in our shipping prices that only cover the shipping cost. You are responsible for paying import taxes and duties upon receipt if applicable.
